Our role is limited to reviewing submitted messages, removing unnecessary, abusive or inflammatory wording where appropriate, and forwarding communications in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
We do not create messages on behalf of customers.

ClearContact is not a law firm.
We do not provide:
legal advice;
family law advice;
court advice;
mediation;
arbitration;
counselling;
parenting advice;
psychological advice.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal advice.

4. No Mediation or Dispute Resolution
ClearContact does not act as a mediator.
We do not:
negotiate between parties;
resolve disputes;
investigate allegations;

5. No Verification of Information
We do not verify, investigate or confirm the truth, completeness or accuracy of information submitted by customers.
The sender remains solely responsible for the content of every message.
6. Message Editing
Messages may be edited to remove unnecessary, abusive, inflammatory or irrelevant wording while preserving the factual substance wherever reasonably possible.
We do not guarantee that the wording originally submitted will be the wording ultimately forwarded.
6a. Editorial Independence
ClearContact exercises independent editorial judgment when reviewing submitted messages.
While we aim to preserve the factual substance of communications, we reserve absolute discretion regarding whether a message is:
edited;
shortened;
declined; or
considered unsuitable for forwarding.
Use of our service does not guarantee that every submitted message will be transmitted.
7. Refusal of Messages
ClearContact reserves the right to refuse to send any communication that, in our reasonable opinion:
breaches our Terms & Conditions;
contains abuse or harassment;
contains threats or intimidation;
contains unlawful material;
contains excessive irrelevant commentary;
serves no genuine parenting or logistical purpose.
Our decision is final.
8. Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to forward approved messages.
However, we do not guarantee:
network availability;
delivery times;
that a recipient will read a message;
that a recipient will respond;
that a recipient will accept the communication.
9. Court Proceedings
ClearContact is not intended to become involved in legal proceedings between users.
We will not voluntarily:
prepare witness statements;
attend court;
provide expert opinions;
support one party over another.
However, we may disclose information where required by law, court order, subpoena or other lawful request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearContact shall not be liable for:
disputes between parties;
decisions made by courts or public authorities;
emotional distress;
financial loss;
indirect or consequential loss;
actions taken by either party after receiving a message.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law.

Our website uses trusted third-party providers including payment processors, website hosting providers and online form services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services.
